Some good news to start off 2012 from Betapond. We are pleased to announce venture capital funding of €1.15m.

This funding will enable us to accelerate our growth into new markets in Europe, double our engineering team in Waterford, Ireland and to expand our operations in London.

We will continue to work with leading advertising agencies across Europe, and our phenomenal clients in the Tourism, Retail & Entertainment industries.

We are huge fans of social mobile marketing, especially within and around the Facebook platform. Over the coming months we will be launching multiple product suites to enable brands with physical footfall to use social media tools to drive social media engagement in store, from existing footfall.

It has been a roller-coaster of a journey over the last two years and we have had great fun. We are definitely looking forward to the rest of 2012.
